When an ArtPadel padel court is delivered to you, it’s not a half-finished product that you have to piece together. From the glass to the screws, from the grass to the lights, everything is in its proper place.
The glass is the foundation of the entire facility. It’s 12mm thick tempered glass, with each panel featuring a smooth, polished edge and eight tapered holes. It has CE certification and test reports. Sold from China to Europe, Australia, and North America, it meets all the testing standards there.
We also pay meticulous attention to the metal structure. All metal components are first galvanized, then subjected to high-temperature electrostatic spraying—two layers of protection ensure even a beachfront location can withstand the elements.
The connectors use 304 stainless steel countersunk bolts, with PE funnel-shaped washers placed between the glass and metal, preventing damage to the glass and eliminating any potential hazards. The entire washer system is made entirely of PE material, without any additives.
The grass underfoot is made of 12mm monofilament curly grass, with a density and rebound specifically designed for padel. The white strings weren’t added later; they were directly tufted and woven into the carpet—so they won’t curl at the edges or shift even after playing for a long time.
The lighting is configured according to professional sports lighting standards, using CE-certified LED fixtures installed in parallel. It is glare-free, flicker-free, and provides uniform illumination across the entire field.
