The team behind ArtPadel had spent over 12 years manufacturing artificial grass and sports fence systems through Qingdao Changzhou Plastic Industry Co., Ltd . When padel exploded in China, they searched for a supplier who could deliver genuine quality at a reasonable price. They couldn’t find one .

So they built their own .

Factory-Born, Not Market-Made

ArtPadel is a factory brand, not a marketing company. The parent company is SGS and BV verified with 12 years of industry experience . They produce turf under the “ArtGreen” brand and courts under “ArtPadel” .

This matters. When you control manufacturing, you control quality — from raw materials to final assembly.

• Glass: 12mm tempered with CE certification. Surface stress ≥69Mpa. Flat polished edges. 8 conical holes per panel, CNC-drilled .
• Steel: CE certified under EN1090-1 (Regulation 305/2011). Corner pillars 100×100×3mm; other pillars 100×50×3mm; cross bar 100×50×3mm . All tubes galvanized + high-temperature electrostatic spraying .
• Hardware: 304 stainless steel countersunk head bolts with PE funnel gaskets .
• Turf: 12mm monofilament curly grass, designed for the European market. White lines tufted directly into the carpet .
• Lighting: CE-certified professional sports LEDs. Parallel installation, glare-free. 5-year warranty .
