Every ART Padel court features 12mm tempered glass with CE certification. Each panel has flat polished edges and 8 conical holes, CNC-drilled for precision mounting . The glass meets multiple international standards including CE, SGCC, AS/NZS2208, and CCC, with a surface stress of ≥69Mpa. Backed by a 10-year warranty .
Metal Structure — EN1090-1 Compliant
The steel structure carries CE certification based on Regulation No 305/2011 of EN1090-1 . All metal tubes and steel mesh are galvanized, then treated with high-temperature electrostatic spraying to prevent rust . Specifications: corner pillars 100×100×3mm steel tube; other pillars 100×50×3mm; cross bar 100×50×3mm; frame 40×20×2.0mm . Light poles measure 60×60×3mm and stand 6000mm high . Mesh diameter is 4.0mm with 50×50mm spacing and safeguard measures at the ends to avoid scratches .
LED Lighting — Professional Sports Lighting
ART Padel’s LED lights are professional sports lighting, not repurposed warehouse fixtures. The light output angle is specifically designed for padel courts — they only need to be installed in parallel, and the light shines forward across the entire court, avoiding glare . 5-year warranty on LED lights .
12mm Monofilament Turf — Designed for the European Market
The playing surface uses 12mm monofilament curly artificial grass, described as “NEW GENERATION PADEL GRASS, DESIGN FOR EURO market” . White lines are tufted directly into the carpet — no painting on site, saving installation time . Available in blue, red, orange, purple, or custom colours (MOQ applies for red, orange, and purple) .
Hardware — 304 Stainless Steel
All bolts and nuts are 304 stainless steel countersunk head bolts . Special funnel PE gaskets prevent glass damage. All gaskets are pure PE material — durable, aesthetically pleasing, and long-lasting .
