For padel courts, lawn quality directly determines the experience and lifespan. Addressing the persistent problems of traditional lawns such as bulging, wrinkling, and grass shedding, the ArtPadel team has implemented a comprehensive overhaul, from backing and tufting to adhesive application, achieving four major breakthroughs:

No Bubbles: The turf surface is smooth after installation, less prone to air bubbles.

High Tuft Bind Strength: The grass fibers are strong, less prone to shedding, and have a longer lifespan.

No Wrinkles: Maintains a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance even after long-term use.

Good Wear-Resistance: Withstands high-frequency use, suitable for professional and commercial courses.

More importantly, we added BASF’s anti-aging additives to the grass fibers, giving the lawn excellent UV resistance and weather resistance. Even after long-term exposure to sun and rain, it remains flexible and new, and is not prone to becoming brittle or fading.
