Full welding, not spot welding—this is our bottom line and our attitude.
To save time, many manufacturers choose to perform spot welding only at critical stress points. While spot welding may seem convenient, under prolonged exposure to outdoor sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and especially intense impacts from sports activities, the weld seam can easily become a stress concentration point, leading to structural cracking, deformation, and even affecting the flatness and safety of the entire court.
ArtPadel insists on full welding throughout the entire process. For every column, every beam, and every connection joint, our workers weld along the entire seam to ensure sufficient penetration, full welds, and no incomplete welds or porosity. Full welding brings not only visual neatness but also mechanical integrity—the entire metal frame is like a complete “skeleton,” rather than a collection of “building blocks.”
This confidence stems from our relentless pursuit of excellence in materials and craftsmanship:
- 3mm thick carbon manganese steel, conforming to UNE-EN 10155 standards, resistant to atmospheric corrosion, designed for outdoor exposed environments;
- Double-layer protection with electrostatic spraying of zinc base powder and epoxy powder, resistant to UV rays and mechanical impact, with a lifespan far exceeding ordinary paint;
- All 304 stainless steel bolt system, from nuts to screws, with no compromise;
- EPDM rubber joints with the same thickness as the metal section, and a 5mm shock-absorbing layer effectively buffers hard impacts between glass and metal;
- Tempered glass is anchored with countersunk stainless steel screws, plus an anti-UV PE protective cover, aesthetically pleasing and durable;
- Welded wire mesh 50×50×4mm, with additional double-tube reinforcing ribs at 1 meter and 2 meters height to prevent mesh deformation.
Every perfectly welded seam is a signature “written” by ArtPadel workers with their experience and sense of responsibility.
