CE-certified. Flat polished edges. 8 conical holes per panel, CNC-drilled. Surface stress ≥ 69Mpa. Certified to CE, SGCC, AS/NZS2208, and CCC standards.
Metal Structure
CE certified under Regulation No 305/2011 of EN1090-1. Corner pillars: 100×100×3mm. Other pillars: 100×50×3mm. Cross bar: 100×50×3mm. Frame: 40×20×2.0mm. Mesh: 4.0mm diameter, 50×50mm spacing. Surface treatment: galvanized + high-temperature electrostatic spraying.
Hardware
304 stainless steel countersunk head bolts. PE funnel gaskets prevent glass damage. Pure PE material throughout.
Turf
12mm monofilament curly grass. Designed for the professional padel court. White lines tufted directly into the carpet.
Lighting
CE-certified LED professional sports lighting. Parallel installation. Even coverage, no glare. 5-year warranty.

Aluminium alloy shell. Brass tensioner.

Columns, pillars, mesh — any RAL colour. LED housings match column colour. Turf in blue, red, orange, purple, or custom. Custom logos on glass.
