ArtPadel: The warranty period we offer is our confidence.

I’m a member of the ArtPadel team. Today, I won’t talk about abstract concepts; I want to share our written warranty commitments, which are clearly stated in our contracts:

LED lights and glass – 5-year warranty
Metal frame – 4-year warranty
Artificial turf – 3-year warranty

In this industry, very few companies dare to write something like this.

Why are we so confident?

To be honest, when we first entered the industry, we noticed a problem: the padel courts on the market were either ridiculously expensive imported or cheaply manufactured by OEMs, with quality entirely dependent on luck. Many courts broke down within two years, with cracked glass, rusted frames, and worn-out turf—the repair costs were shockingly high.

So we decided to do it ourselves. From raw materials to processes, from design to installation, we controlled everything ourselves.

5-year warranty on glass and LED lights: The glass withstands high-speed ball impacts daily, and the LED lights are used year-round. Our material selection and testing standards prioritize durability.

4-year warranty on metal frame: We've conducted extreme tests on it, including outdoor wind and rain, and sea salt spray corrosion. No rust or deformation for 4 years is a basic requirement.

3-year warranty on artificial turf: The turf is the soul of the padel experience. Its friction, resilience, and wear resistance will not degrade within 3 years—this is our promise to every padel enthusiast.
