Daily & Weekly Tasks
Debris Removal: Remove leaves and litter daily using a soft-bristled brush or blower. Organic matter blocks drainage and encourages moss growth.
Sand Redistribution: The silica infill naturally migrates toward the edges during play. Weekly brushing redistributes the sand, preventing fiber flattening and maintaining consistent ball bounce.
Glass Cleaning: Clean tempered glass panels every two weeks using non-abrasive cleaner and a squeegee. Smudged glass reduces visibility and alters ball rebound.
Structural Checks: Monthly inspections should include tightening bolts and screws, checking glass for cracks, and examining fencing for rust.
Professional Maintenance
Beyond daily tasks, professional deep maintenance is recommended every 6 to 12 months. This includes decompaction of the sand infill, seam inspections, and sand top-up. A well-maintained court can serve players for 10+ years.
