Built to a Standard, Not a Price Point
Every ART Padel court is built around an EN1090-1 certified steel structure based on CE Regulation No 305/2011 . Corner pillars are 100×100×3mm steel tube, other pillars 100×50×3mm, cross bar 100×50×3mm .
These aren’t arbitrary numbers. They’re the difference between a court that stays true after years of play and one that starts to shift.
The steel mesh is 4.0mm diameter with 50×50mm spacing, with safeguard measures at the ends to avoid scratches . All metal surfaces are galvanized and then high-temperature electrostatic sprayed — a process that prevents rust and extends service life .
Glass That’s Engineered for Safety
The glass in an ART Padel court is 12mm tempered with CE certification — surface stress ≥ 69Mpa . Flat polished edges, 8 conical holes per panel, CNC-drilled for precision mounting .
If it breaks, the resulting fragments aren’t sharp . Certified to CE, SGCC, AS/NZS2208, and CCC standards.
Hardware That Doesn’t Cut Corners
All bolts and nuts are 304 stainless steel countersunk head bolts, with special funnel PE gaskets to prevent glass damage . All gaskets are pure PE material — durable, aesthetically pleasing, long service life .
Warranty That Proves Confidence
