ArtPadel’s metal structure uses 3mm thick carbon manganese steel, conforming to UNE-EN 10155 standards, and possesses excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The steel is hot-dip galvanized and then electrostatically sprayed—first spraying zinc base powder, then epoxy resin powder. This double protection makes the structure resistant to corrosion, ultraviolet rays, and mechanical impact, easily coping with various harsh climates.

The turf is made with 100% UV-resistant PE yarn, maintaining its color and preventing fading and chalking even after sun and rain exposure. The grass fibers are wear-resistant and tensile-resistant, withstanding frequent running and sudden stops and changes of direction, and will not pill or collapse even after long-term use.
